RESERVATIONS

Bookings are only binding once a deposit of 25% (or 2 nights accommodation) has been received. The deposit will also be used as a security, which will naturally be returned in accordance with our standard terms at the end of your holiday. Late arrivals or earlier than planned departures will be charged in accordance with the reservation.

RATES

The rates quoted are for a minimum stay of 4 days. Short stays of up to 4 nights:

1 night	€ 6,-
2 nights	€ 4,-
3 nights	€ 2,-

Local tax / residency fee €1.20 per person per day; children up to 15 years are exempt from local taxes.

REDUCTIONS FOR CHILDREN

staying in their parents’ room/apartment
up to 3 years free
from 4 to 6 years 50%
from 7 to 12 years 25%
We will be pleased to provide cots and highchairs free of charge.

BOARD

Bed and Breakfast
Generous buffet breakfast.
Bread delivery and breakfast service for apartments subject to an additional charge.

ARRIVAL

Apartments and rooms are available from 16.00 hrs on your day of arrival. If you are arriving earlier, we are able to store your luggage and can offer changing facilities.

DEPARTURE

We would ask guests to vacate their apartments and rooms by 09.30 hrs at the latest on their day of departure.

DOGS

Dogs € 7,-/p. day without board

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

For cancellation or interrupted holidays, mountain rescue and recovery costs, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. More information at www.europaeische.at
